What is Growth Mindset?
According to Standford University psychologist Dr. Carol Dweck, there are two mindsets that people can have: a fixed mindset or a growth mindset. People with a fixed mindset believe that a person's basic qualities, like intelligence or talent are fixed, meaning that you have what you are born with and you cannot change what you are given. People with a growth mindset believe that one's basic abilities are changeable and can be developed through lots of hard work and effort.
